LØLØ brought her god forbid a girl goes on tour! run to Chicago’s Bottom Lounge on September 23, turning the intimate venue into a loud, chaotic and surprisingly heartfelt celebration of pop-punk. With Dawson Gamble and Caroline Romano opening the night, the energy was already building when LØLØ stepped onstage and launched into “the devil wears converse.”

From the first song, LØLØ established the kind of connection that makes a smaller venue show special. “pretty little wreck,” “god forbid a girl spits out her feelings!” and “THE FLOOR IS LAVA!!” kept the crowd moving, while “debbie downer,” “me with no shirt on” and “the punisher” brought the emotional honesty that has become central to her music. There was plenty of attitude, but also a genuine sense that LØLØ was sharing the stage with the audience rather than simply performing for them.

The collaborative moments added another layer to the night. Dawson Gamble joined LØLØ for a spirited version of “Hey There Delilah,” while Caroline Romano returned for “delusional darling.” Later, LØLØ let the Chicago crowd choose between “lonely & pathetic” and “hurt less,” turning the decision into another full-room singalong. Those moments captured the balance at the heart of her live show—fun, irreverent and deeply personal without taking itself too seriously.

LØLØ closed the main set with “junkie,” “DON’T!” and “dumbest girl in the world” before returning for an encore featuring “wish i was a robot” and “hot girls in hell.” The shift from a stripped-back moment to an explosive finale summed up the night perfectly. At the Bottom Lounge, LØLØ showed why her blend of pop hooks, pop-punk attitude and brutally honest songwriting translates so well to the stage.
